Half-Marathon Training 2012 has begun!
I’m posting this to help keep myself accountable, and to give others an idea about what I do for training! I’ll be adding a little recap at the end of each month.


DECEMBER
Distance: 20.02 km
The beginning of the month was going pretty good! I got the first few runs in, though not usually on the scheduled day. Then, with a mixture of stress from work, the holiday season, and from working the night shift, I got sick! Blah… That kept me out of the gym for quite awhile.
JANUARY
Distance: 66.84 km
FEBRUARY
Distance: 65.44 km
MARCH
Distance: 78.37 km
What half marathon are you training to run?
This plan ends in time for the Woody’s Half. So I think either that one, or the Calgary Half which is what I ran last year!
Nice! I am also running the Woody’s. How was Calgary?? Was it about the same time as Woody’s?
I really liked Calgary! It was my first half, so I don’t really have anything to compare it too… But I thought it was great!
Calgary seems to always be the weekend after Woody’s, so ya pretty close!
